Be the Sanity that you Desire to See

Well we clearly lived through”the end of the world” and the strongest energy we have ever experienced. The dust has cleared and we are still here living in a world that often seems mad. I believe that we agreed to be here at this time to be of service as our world goes through this transformation, and what I believe we need to do is be the sanity that seems to be missing. What I mean by this, is take your attention off the craziness, the horror, the fearful events long enough to get yourself centered and emotionally balanced. You feeling strung out completely does not help anyone, least of all you. I know personally just how overwhelming and insane these past few months have felt. I know exactly how it feels to completely lose it emotionally and just sob out the sadness and madness. And I know that what I had to do next was to  do whatever was necessary to get my emotional balance back.

The only way I can help anyone else is to be calm and to hold the belief in the good that all this turmoil is bringing in the long run. I do believe that we need to do many things differently in our world and that these distressing events are opening the door to looking at things in a different light. Much healing and good will come from all of this pain. And in the middle of it, there has been such a demonstration of love and caring and support for one another. I am sure every single one of you can point to a moment of random kindness or the love of a friend or family member. That is what we need to keep in the front of our minds right now.  Both things are true, the world is extremely unsettled right now, and compassion and love are rampant. I choose to focus on the latter as we walk through these times together.
